The 1936 no 7 on the promenade
at Rhos-on-Sea

The "old" Llandudno and Colwyn Bay Electric Railway Fleet

picture:  courtesy of Andrew Woolley  (grandson of Chief Inspector John Ernest Woolley)

Single Deck tram No.1 descends from the Cayley Bank to the promenade at Rhos-on-Sea
note - the old style enamel "cars stop here" sign outside "The Aberhod"

Today the replacement buses run non-stop from Whitehall Road to the Cayley Arms on Rhos Promenade
(The back of the card suggests the driver is probably Bill Horton)

Entered service in 1907 - scrapped 1933

Do you have any other old picture/photo of this tram or any other member of the fleet and would like to see it displayed here ?
